The term "Customer" or "You" refers to the person whose data is processed as part of his or her use of the Site.

THE ANALOG CLUB acts as data controller for the administration of the Site.
The term "Products" refers to the products offered for sale on the Site.
The term "Services" refers to the services offered for sale on the Site.
The term "Site" refers to the site available at https://www.theanalogclub.co/.
In addition, This Policy contains terms that have a specific meaning (e.g. recipient, personal data, data subject, processing, controller, processor). To better understand them, you can read their definition in Article 4 of the GDPR (European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data).
ARTICLE 2 - PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR DATA
As part of your use of the Site, we process some of your personal data (or "personal data").
It may be collected directly (e.g. when you subscribe to our newsletter or create an account) or automatically (e.g. when you consent to the placement and reading of cookies on your terminal).

ARTICLE 3 - DATA RETENTION PERIOD
We keep your personal data for as long as it takes to fulfill the purposes described above and then archive it for as long as we may need it to establish proof of a right or of a contract or for as long as is legally required.
For example:
- Data required for order management and invoicing are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and 10 years for accounting purposes.
- Data concerning opt-out lists are kept for 3 years.
- Data used to send newsletters is kept until the person concerned unsubscribes.
- Data relating to the creation of accounts on the Site are kept until the account is deleted by the Customer. However, if you have not used your account for 3 years, we will notify you and delete the account if you do not react within one month.
- The data of people who interact with us via our social network accounts is kept for the duration of the existence of the social network account concerned, unless the person concerned exercises his or her right to erasure or objection.
- Payment information is not kept by THE ANALOG CLUB (it is collected during the transaction and immediately deleted once the purchase has been settled).
ARTICLE 4 - DATA RECIPIENTS
We share your personal data with those persons who are authorized to have access to it in order to carry out their tasks. This may include employees, service providers, subcontractors and suppliers (such as billing, delivery and newsletter service providers, as well as CRM tools) within the scope of their duties in relation to the processing operations identified above.
Should this not be the case, we undertake to put in place the appropriate safeguards or rely on an exemption provided for in the GDPR.
In any case, you can obtain more information on any transfers outside the EU that may be carried out and obtain a copy of any control measures put in place on request.

You have the right to access your personal data:
