Any use (including reproduction, representation, adaptation, etc.) in whole or in part of one or more of these elements, on any medium and by any means whatsoever, without the prior written consent of THE ANALOG CLUB, is strictly prohibited and may therefore give rise to legal proceedings.

The following are also prohibited:

• The extraction, by permanent or temporary transfer of all or a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the content of the Site's database onto another medium, by any means and in any form whatsoever;
