La carte fonctionne en ligne et dans notre boutique à Paris sur tout ce que nous proposons : appareils photo, pellicules, accessoires, livres, tirages et ateliers.
Type de carte : il s’agit d’une carte cadeau digitale. Le code est envoyé instantanément à l’adresse email indiquée lors du paiement et peut être utilisé immédiatement.
Si vous préférez le côté intime d'une carte imprimée, nous proposons aussi une version papier avec le code inscrit sur la carte. Elle peut être récupérée en boutique ou livrée.
Validité : nos cartes cadeaux n’ont pas de date d’expiration.

Receiving the Gift Card
If you choose a digital card, the code is emailed to the address provided at checkout. If you choose a physical card, it is printed with the code and can be picked up at the shop or delivered.
That's not possible at the moment. Digital codes are sent immediately after you complete your purchase.
Yes! Please add your message via the “Add order note” field on the Cart page (not the Checkout page).
Yes. The code is written directly on the printed card.
Yes. Gift wrapping is available for printed gift cards at no extra cost. Please specify you'd like the card to be wrapped via the “Add order note” field on the Cart page (not the Checkout page).
Yes. Please specify the name of the person picking up the card via the “Add order note” field on the Cart page (not the Checkout page).

Using the Gift Card
Online and in our shop. It works on all our products (cameras, film, accessories, books, prints, workshops and services).
Enter the code in the “Discount code or gift card” field during checkout.
Yes. Just show the code at the counter.
Yes. You can use several gift cards in one order and combine them with promotional discount codes.
If the order is lower, the remaining balance stays on the card. If the order is higher, you can pay the difference with any payment method.
Yes. Gift cards can be used during promotions without restriction.
Gift cards work for international purchases too.
Validity, Balance and Limitations
Our gift cards do not have an expiry date.
For digital cards, you can refer back to the email you received right after purchasing the card and click on the button to access the card balance.
For printed cards, please email us at contact@theanalogclub.co. You can also use our Contact Us page to reach out.
Gift cards cannot be recharged. If you'd like to top it up, please purchase a new gift card.
It is associated with the email address used during purchase, but anyone who has access to the code can redeem it.
Refunds, Returns and Lost Cards
No. Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
The refund is credited back to the original gift card.
Contact us with your order details. We can reissue the code if we can verify the purchase.
